Our History & Programming
A building for the 21st century, this event venue boasts a large-scale auditorium, studio theatre and conference rooms, hosting sell-out shows one after another. In the years since then, G Live has established itself as one of South East’s leading live entertainment venues.
To ensure that the venue could be a place where everyone in the region felt at home, its name was put to public suggestion. Forward-thinking, direct, and dynamic, G Live speaks to the future of events and entertainment.
The venue’s eclectic programme features events from the UK’s best known acts across comedy, dance, theatre and more including Jimmy Carr, Dawn French, and Tim Minchin, plus touring productions such as The Rocky Horror Show and Strictly Ballroom. It’s also the home of an international classical orchestra series that has hosted the London Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Philharmonic.
